Experiment - with curiousity & incrementally

Experimentation and rapid learning has been on the agility bestseller list for 2 decades. Because it works. And development and design thinking teams are getting really good results following the manifest. The problem is the formular is not embedded in the leadership mantra. Maybe in words but rarely in real life. The trick is to dare ask a simpel question: is it safe enough to try? Then executive.
